Today John recruits a friend of some 40 years to engage in the challenge. Awareness for our veterans and the angst many of them feel is spreading. Thanks to all who are joining in this effort. And thanks to our veterans for the many sacrifices you have made.

Here is day 18 of the 22 day Push Up Challenge. Here is the commitment: 22 Push Ups per day for 22 Days while recruiting one person per day to join the campaign. All of this is to show appreciation and respect for our veterans - 22 of whom take their own lives each day.
